With years of experience and hard-earned expertise, Dwayne and Troy understand that architecturally designed renovations and extensions often come with complex design challenges. They saw a clear gap in the Auckland market for builders capable of delivering quality renovation results with precision and efficiency. Auckland Build 360 was founded to meet this need—combining skill, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of luxury construction.

Auckland Build 360 Ltd are Auckland builders specialising in high-end and often complex residential building projects. Focusing on large-scale renovations and home alterations, we are led by Dwayne Aitken and Troy Hendy, two friends who met many years ago in high school, who share a passion and a skill for building and who each has over 20 years of construction experience.

Following the completion of his carpentry apprenticeship in both residential and commercial construction, and gaining his trade qualification, Dwayne worked, first as a foreman in residential construction, then for three years in the UK as site manager for a shopfitting company. In 2012, Dwayne returned to New Zealand to start his own residential building company.

All Troy’s construction experience is specialising in residential construction. His first trade qualification was a Diploma in Applied Technology. After working as a construction foreman, Troy also started his own building company.

By 2016, the two builders had worked on many projects together and recognised a shared passion, enthusiasm and commitment to building to the highest standard. They decided to combine their knowledge, expertise and skill – Auckland Build 360 Ltd was born.

Qualified and Licensed Builders

Dwayne, Troy, and the team at Auckland Build 360 are qualified builders and licensed building practitioners – Dwayne and Troy have both been Licensed Building Practitioners since 2013. Any apprentices working with them are fully supervised.

We promise a professional approach to all projects undertaken but also offer the benefits of being an owner-operated company meaning we personally deal with our clients right from the initial meeting through to the completion of the project.

This hands-on management of each and every project ensures attention to detail, great project management, and positive communication and transparency throughout the entire process.

We understand how busy each of our clients are. That motivates us to communicate clearly and often with each of our clients, ensuring they are kept up to date with each stage of the project and with any important decisions that need to be made during the building process.

We have worked hard to build a culture of professionalism, pride, and dedication within the Auckland Build 360 team and encourage all team members to strive to be the best they can be while consistently upskilling and learning.

Whether your project is a renovation, building extension, or new build, we tailor our approach to suit your project and fit in with the particular needs of each client to ensure completion is on time and within budget.

Auckland Build 360 are HazardCo members and each team member is fully trained in the company’s comprehensive Health and Safety policies to ensure the safety of their team, their clients, and anyone who comes onto the site during construction.
