What we did
The project involved
- Completion a brand new 270 square metre single-level house.
- Construction of access down the cliff at the front of the property to provide water access for boating.
- Construction of an inground 10-meter-deep palisade concrete foundation wall to support the cliff-front property before construction of the dwelling could begin.
- The house incorporated large expansive skillion ceilings and seamless indoor-outdoor flow leading to impressive outdoor entertaining areas.
- Modern aluminium standing seam roofing and cladding mixed with sections of cedar and board-formed concrete.
- A quality hidden flush-fit cedar garage door.
- An enclosed outdoor entertaining area with opening Louvretec roof system and outdoor fire.
This project required that we worked closely with the project architect, structural engineer, and geo-tech engineer to ensure a safe home that was of the highest quality. The result was that our hugely satisfied client received their dream home, one they plan to enjoy the rest of their life in.
