Our clients wanted a minor dwelling built next to their home for their elderly parents to live in, giving them and their parents peace-of-mind.

What we did

The project involved

  • Completion of an architecturally-designed two-bedroom minor dwelling on the client’s property.
  • Working with the architect and other tradespeople to ensure a smooth build.
  • Building on a sloping site with soil condition challenges that were overcome through experience and collaboration with the design engineer.

The completed dwelling was exactly what the clients had hoped for. Designed and constructed with economy in mind but with architectural features that combined aesthetic appeal and living enjoyment.

This was achieved, not just through the building process, but through having hands-on input with the project architect throughout the design stage of the project.

Dwayne and Troy have done a few jobs for me including a home renovation on our 60’s house and a new build – a small house on my section for my mother to live in. I’m exceptionally happy with all the work they’ve done.

The Auckland Build 360 team are excellent builders, well-organised, hard-working and very skilled. I found their communication excellent. I really appreciated that, if there were a couple of options for a particular part of the build, they would take time to talk them through and help me make a decision, rather than just going ahead and doing it their way.
