The Auckland Build 360 team carried out renovations to our Meadowbank home between August 2025 and March 2026. Renovations to our originally built 1954 home were extensive, with the main floor taken down to the studs and all new utilities (drainage/plumbing/electrics) for the property.

The quality of work and work ethic was excellent from all members of their team. I was pleasantly surprised with how well they managed various Council inspections and attaining CCC. They were also very considerate of surrounding neighbours who have commented on the minimal disruption and how tidy the work site was always left.

Along with the excellent workmanship, what stands out was the communication throughout the project. Communication was upfront, clear, and realistic, meaning we had no surprises when it came to budget or schedule. Being our first renovation project, we are extremely thankful for all the clarity and support provided.

I highly recommend Auckland Build 360 and will use them for any future projects we have.

Dwayne, Troy and Jake embarked on our kitchen and bathroom renovation early in 2019.

We cannot fault their professionalism and workmanship. They always arrived on time, exactly when they said they would. They were polite, diligent and really pleasant to be around. They work with a number of high-quality tradespeople such as plumbers and tilers who were also easy to deal with.

Prior to them starting we had a few meetings with them and the designer. We felt well informed on the process and most importantly Dwayne’s quote was accurate, detailed and did not go over budget.

We would without hesitation use Dwayne and Troy again and thoroughly recommend them as builders and generally as good guys.

We love our renovation and the way it has changed the way we live in our house.

My new home build was pretty complicated but the guys project managed it from start to finish which meant everything went to plan and there was no stress for me.
